All new support portal
Everyone needs help from time-to-time. In this release we’ve made it easier than ever to find the support you need. Our new support portal is accessible from the Predatar GUI (look in the top right corner) and brings together technical documentation, an AI-powered trouble-shooting chatbot, and the ability to open support tickets – all in one place.

Meet CREW
The CleanRoom Engineer’s Wingman (or CREW for short) is Predatar’s new AI-powered chatbot designed specifically for technically-minded Predatar users. CREW has been trained on our extensive technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and resolution logs from all previous support tickets.
If you have a technical query, ask CREW. You’ll get an answer right away.

Error code lookup
Our new error code knowledge library has been created to help users quickly understand any Predatar error codes they see – and more importantly – it will help them to resolve issues, fast. By adding an error code to your support ticket title, you can access a link to the specific knowledge article you need. In many cases, users can resolve a problem themselves without waiting for a Predatar support engineer to investigate.
