Did you know that Predatar has uncovered malware in more than 80% of its customers’ backup environments? Now, when Predatar detects malware in your backups or snapshots, it won’t just tell you the name—it will give you direct access to the relevant entry in the Trend Micro Threat Encyclopedia. This allows you to quickly understand the nature of the threat and its severity.

The Threat Encyclopedia is continuously updated by Trend Micro’s TrendLabs and Smart Protection Network, which leverage real-time global threat intelligence.

CleanRoom Status Dashboard

Since launching CleanRoom 3 earlier this year, we’ve received feedback from multiple customers requesting greater visibility into the operating status of their own CleanRooms in real time.

Release 17.8 introduces the all-new CleanRoom Dashboard. Now, with just a few clicks, users can view key status metrics, including real-time memory and CPU usage, along with traffic light indicators for node and cluster service health.

Multiple FlashSystems Support

Great news for our IBM FlashSystem users — things just got more powerful.

Until now, customers could connect their Predatar CleanRoom to a single FlashSystem, which worked well for many. But with Release 17.8, we’re unlocking even more value. You can now validate SafeGuarded Copies from multiple FlashSystems, giving you greater flexibility, faster testing, and stronger cyber recovery coverage across your storage environment.
